Preparation Steps
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Rinse and chop fresh mixed berries into smaller pieces or let frozen berries soften slightly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped berries and optional ingredients like chia seeds or nuts, maintaining their colors and textures.
  4. Portion the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming round discs about 1.5 to 2 inches in diameter. Optionally garnish with whole berries.
  5. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours until completely solid. For best texture, freezing overnight is recommended.
  6. Once frozen, remove from the baking sheet and store in an airtight container or freezer bag for easy access.
