- In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the chopped berries and optional ingredients like chia seeds or nuts, maintaining their colors and textures.
- Portion the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming round discs about 1.5 to 2 inches in diameter. Optionally garnish with whole berries.
- Freeze for at least 2-3 hours until completely solid. For best texture, freezing overnight is recommended.
- Once frozen, remove from the baking sheet and store in an airtight container or freezer bag for easy access.
