  • 1/4 cup Honey or agave syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Lime Zest fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and dry all the berries thoroughly.
  2. Slice the watermelon into ½-inch cubes, discarding any seeds.
  3. For the strawberries, remove the tops and quarter or slice them.
Combine Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, gently add the cubed watermelon, quartered strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries.
  2. Use a soft spatula to carefully combine the fruits.
Prepare the Dressing
  1. In a measuring cup, whisk together the honey, lime juice, lime zest, and olive oil until smooth.
Dress the Salad
  1. Drizzle the honey lime dressing over the combined fruits.
  2. Sprinkle with freshly sliced mint.
