Step-by-Step Instructions for Berry Fruit Salad
  1. Rinse the watermelon thoroughly, slice off both ends, remove the rind and cut into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Rinse the dragon fruit, slice off ends, peel away the skin, and cut the flesh into star-shaped pieces.
  3. In the large bowl, combine watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. Add mint and lime zest, and stir gently.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey until well combined.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat. Top with the star-shaped dragon fruit before serving.
