  • 1 whole Rotisserie Chicken Shredded or cubed
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce Adjust to taste
For the Coleslaw
  • 2 cups Cabbage Shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots Grated
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers Diced (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Hot Sauce Optional, for heat
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
For the Wraps
  • 4 pieces Tortillas Whole wheat or gluten-free
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
Extras
  • 1 cup Additional Vegetables Like radishes or snap peas
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt Substitute for mayonnaise

Instructions
  1. Prep the chicken by shredding or cubing it. If using raw chicken, season and cook until done, then combine with BBQ sauce.
  2. Make the coleslaw by mixing cabbage and carrots, let sit for 10 minutes, and add optional ingredients if desired.
  3. Warm tortillas in a skillet for 20-30 seconds on each side until pliable.
  4. Assemble wraps: layer BBQ chicken and coleslaw in the center of a tortilla, fold in sides and roll tightly.
  5. Serve sliced in half diagonally and garnish if desired. Best enjoyed fresh.
