- Prep the chicken by shredding or cubing it. If using raw chicken, season and cook until done, then combine with BBQ sauce.
- Make the coleslaw by mixing cabbage and carrots, let sit for 10 minutes, and add optional ingredients if desired.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet for 20-30 seconds on each side until pliable.
- Assemble wraps: layer BBQ chicken and coleslaw in the center of a tortilla, fold in sides and roll tightly.
- Serve sliced in half diagonally and garnish if desired. Best enjoyed fresh.
