  • 1 pound Raw Shrimp peeled and deveined

  • 1/2 each Lime fresh juice recommended
  • to taste Salt and Pepper season to preference
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt low-fat or non-dairy versions can be used
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha adjust based on heat preference
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup can substitute with honey or agave syrup

Step-by-Step Instructions for Bang Bang Shrimp Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the package of broccoli slaw and set it aside.
  2. In a bowl, toss peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil, juice of half a lime, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for about 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes, then add the marinated shrimp. Sauté for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until opaque and bright pink.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, sriracha, and maple syrup until smooth.
  5. Transfer cooked shrimp to a plate and drizzle about a tablespoon of Bang Bang sauce over it. Gently toss to coat.
  6. Return to the bowl of broccoli slaw, season with salt, pepper, remaining lime juice, and stir in chopped cilantro and some Bang Bang sauce.
  7. Add the shrimp to the dressed slaw and toss gently. Plate and drizzle any reserved sauce on top.
