Step-by-Step Instructions for Bang Bang Shrimp Salad
- In a large mixing bowl, add the package of broccoli slaw and set it aside.
- In a bowl, toss peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil, juice of half a lime, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes, then add the marinated shrimp. Sauté for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until opaque and bright pink.
- In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, sriracha, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Transfer cooked shrimp to a plate and drizzle about a tablespoon of Bang Bang sauce over it. Gently toss to coat.
- Return to the bowl of broccoli slaw, season with salt, pepper, remaining lime juice, and stir in chopped cilantro and some Bang Bang sauce.
- Add the shrimp to the dressed slaw and toss gently. Plate and drizzle any reserved sauce on top.
