Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish by lightly oiling it with olive oil.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and lemon zest.
  3. Break the Boursin cheese into small chunks and distribute evenly over each salmon fillet.
