- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry your cauliflower, then cut it into bite-sized florets.
- Whisk the eggs until frothy. Dredge cauliflower in egg, then in panko breadcrumbs.
- Place coated cauliflower in the air fryer and cook for about 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- In a saucepan, combine hoisin sauce, honey, soy sauce, ketchup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Bring to a simmer.
- Mix cornstarch with cold water. Stir into the sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
- Toss cooked cauliflower in the BBQ sauce and serve immediately.
