Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry your cauliflower, then cut it into bite-sized florets.
  3. Whisk the eggs until frothy. Dredge cauliflower in egg, then in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Place coated cauliflower in the air fryer and cook for about 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  5. In a saucepan, combine hoisin sauce, honey, soy sauce, ketchup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Mix cornstarch with cold water. Stir into the sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
  7. Toss cooked cauliflower in the BBQ sauce and serve immediately.
