• 4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
• 1 ½ teaspoons salt
• 1 ½ cups warm water
• 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
• 2 tablespoons olive oil


. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until frothy.
. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center.
. Pour the yeast mixture into the well and gradually incorporate the flour until a dough forms.
. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic.
. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover it, and let it rise until doubled in size.
. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
