Moon Cake Recipe

• 300g glutinous rice flour
• 60g sugar
• 100g water
• 50g vegetable oil
• 200g red bean paste or lotus seed paste
•. Cookie Stamp or Flower Shaped Mooncake Mold


. In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour and sugar.
. Gradually add water and vegetable oil, kneading until a smooth dough forms.
. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls.
. Flatten each ball and place a spoonful of red bean paste or lotus seed paste in the center.
. Wrap the filling with the dough ,using the Flower Shaped Mooncake Mold . If you don’t have it , shaping them into round cakes.
. Place the moon cakes on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
. Allow the moon cakes to cool before serving. Enjoy the celestial treat under the glow of the moon
