• 2 cups white chocolate chips
• 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
• 1/4 cup key lime juice
• Zest of 2 key limes
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Green food coloring (optional)
• 1 cup graham cracker crumbs


. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
. Stir in the key lime juice, key lime zest, and vanilla extract. Add green food coloring if desired for a vibrant lime color.
. Pour half of the mixture into a lined 8×8-inch square pan, spreading it evenly.
. Sprinkle half of the graham cracker crumbs over the mixture.
. Pour the remaining fudge mixture on top, spreading it evenly.
