Indulge in a heavenly treat with these Fudgy Cookies and Cream Brownies!
Ingredients:
• 1 cup unsalted butter
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 4 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 20 Oreo cookies (crushed)
Directions:
. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter in the microwave, or melt it on the stovetop. Allow it to cool slightly.
. In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
. Sift in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until you have a smooth, glossy batter.
. Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and half of the crushed Oreo cookies into the batter.
. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
. Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreo cookies over the top of the brownie batter.
. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
. Remove from the oven and allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
