• 250g digestive biscuits
• 150g dark chocolate
• 150g milk chocolate
• 150g unsalted butter
• 150g golden syrup
• 100g raisins


. Crush the digestive biscuits into small pieces.
. Melt the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, butter, and golden syrup in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water.
. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the crushed biscuits and raisins until well combined.
. Pour the mixture into a lined cake tin and press it down firmly.
. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
. Once set, remove from the tin and slice into squares or wedges.
