. Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry sheet onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and prick it all over with a fork. Bake until golden brown, usually about 15-20 minutes. Let it cool completely.
. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over cold water to bloom it.
