Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 16 oz cream cheese, softened
• 2/3 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup fresh blackberries
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter, chilled and cubed

Directions:

. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
. In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and 2/3 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
. In a separate bowl, toss blackberries with flour until coated, then gently fold them into the cream cheese mixture. Spread this mixture over the graham cracker crust.
. For the crumb topping, combine oats, brown sugar, and cubed butter in a bowl. Use your fingers to blend until it resembles coarse crumbs, then sprinkle over the cream cheese layer.
. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
. Let cool completely in the pan on a wire rack, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.
