Anthill Cake recipe


• 200g butter
• 200g dark chocolate
• 2 cups crushed graham crackers
• 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cup shredded coconut
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract


. Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth and well combined.
. In a large bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, chopped walnuts, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the bowl and stir until everything is evenly combined.
. Prepare a cake tin or mold and press the mixture into it firmly.
. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the cake is set.
. Once set, remove from the tin and decorate as desired.
