Double Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients:

• 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 3 cups cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
• 1 cup white chocolate, melted

Directions:

. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
. In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan to create the crust.
. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
. Divide the batter into two equal parts. Stir melted dark chocolate into one part and melted white chocolate into the other.
. Pour the dark chocolate batter over the crust, spreading it evenly. Carefully add the white chocolate batter on top.
. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool completely in the pan.
. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
. Slice, serve, and savor the richness of this heavenly creation!
