Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 16 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 1 cup lemon curd
• 3 egg whites
• 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Directions:

. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest until fully incorporated.
. Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the edges are set but the center still jiggles slightly. Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
