• 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 16 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1/4 cup heavy cream


. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press onto the bottom of a tart pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
. Divide the cream cheese mixture in half. Mix cocoa powder and heavy cream into one half.
. Pour the plain cream cheese mixture onto the cooled crust, then gently spoon the chocolate cream cheese mixture on top, creating a zebra-like pattern.
. Use a knife to create swirls by gently dragging it through the mixture.
. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is almost set. Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
