Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground ???? beef

Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, allspice, nutmeg, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.
- Using your hands, shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1-2 inches in diameter.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes or until browned on all sides, turning occasionally.
- Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set them aside on a plate.
- Add the flour to the skillet and stir well to combine with the butter and meatball drippings.
- Gradually whisk in the beef broth, making sure to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
- Stir in the heavy cream and chopped parsley and mix well.
- Add the cooked meatballs back to the skillet and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce is hot.
