• 200g butter biscuits
• 2 cups milk
• 4 egg yolks
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup cornstarch
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup dolce de leche
• 1 tbsp instant coffee


. Begin by preparing the vanilla custard. In a saucepan, heat the milk until warm but not boiling.
. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract until smooth.
. Slowly pour the warm milk into the egg mixture, whisking constantly.
