Oreo-filled White Chocolate drizzle

• 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 4 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 12 Oreo cookies
• 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips


. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch (23×23 cm) baking pan.
. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in 30-second intervals until fully melted.
. Stir in the granulated sugar until well combined.
. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition, and then stir in the vanilla extract.
. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
. Place the Oreo cookies on top of the brownie batter, pressing them down slightly.
. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
. While the brownies are cooling, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the cooled brownies and let it set.
