Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions:
. In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan. Chill in the fridge.
. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
