INGREDIENTS

• 2 cups Biscoff cookie crumbs
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 16 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup Biscoff cookie spread
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 packet unflavored gelatin
• 2 tbsp warm water
• Biscoff cookies, for garnish

Directions:

. In a mixing bowl, combine the Biscoff cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
