Ingredients:
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef ????
- 1 onion, chopped ????
- 1 green pepper, chopped ????
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes ????
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies ????️
- 1/4 cup taco seasoning ????
- 1/4 cup water ????
- 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese ????

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef with onions and green peppers until beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
