2๏ธโฃ In a large bowl, mix ground beef, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, milk, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3๏ธโฃ Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) in diameter.
4๏ธโฃ Brown the meatballs on all sides in a skillet over medium heat.
