Keto Bread Sticks Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1 ½ cups almond flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 2 ounces cream cheese
• 2 large eggs
• 1/4 cup fresh oregano
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals until the cheeses are melted and well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, fresh oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the dry ingredients and eggs to the melted cheese mixture. Mix well until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a breadstick shape. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
