Ingredients:
• 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups Guinness Stout
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Frosting:
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 8 oz white chocolate, melted
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add eggs, buttermilk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.

Gradually mix in the Guinness Stout and melted butter until the batter is well combined.

Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove the cakes from the oven and let them cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
For the Frosting:

In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

Gradually add powdered sugar, heavy cream, melted chocolate, and vanilla extract. Beat until the frosting is creamy and well combined.

Chill the frosting in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before using it to frost the cake.
Assembly:

Place one cake layer on a serving platter.

Spread a layer of frosting evenly on top.

Gently place the second cake layer on top and frost the entire cake.
