Fluffy Lemon Chess Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

  • 1 tablespoon cornmeal
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

Instructions:
