Extreme Lemon Bundt Cake
This delicious cake is perfect for lemon lovers! It’s fluffy, moist, and bursting with lemon flavor. You won’t be able to resist a second slice!
Ingredients:
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
• 4 large eggs
• 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons lemon zest
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
Directions:
1 Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
2 In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3 In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
4 Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the lemon juice and zest.
5 Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with buttermilk, until fully combined.
6 Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7 Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
