Ingredients
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1.Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
2.In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until well combined. Remove from heat.
3.Whisk in the eggs, one at a time, until well combined. Stir in the flour until just combined.
4.In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
5.Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Spoon the cream cheese mixture on top, and swirl with a knife.
6.Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
