Streusel Topping:

• 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, cold and cubed
• 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Directions:
. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with sour cream. Mix until just combined.
. Fold in the diced apples and spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Streusel Topping:
