Coffee Cheesecake

Ingredients:

• 2 cups crushed graham crackers
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 3 tablespoons finely ground coffee
• 24 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup brewed strong coffee, cooled

Directions:

. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ground coffee. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
. Blend in sour cream, flour, and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth. Gently fold in brewed coffee.
. Pour the batter over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for about 1 hour or until the center is set. Let it cool in the oven with the door ajar.
. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve chilled and enjoy the delightful blend of coffee and cheesecake goodness!
