Indulge in heavenly Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars!
Ingredients:
• 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
• ¼ cup granulated sugar
• ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
• 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
. In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and ½ cup sugar until smooth. Mix in eggs and vanilla until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour over crust in the pan.
. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until filling is set. Let it cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
