Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium bananas)

- 1 cup buttermilk
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan. ????️????
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. ????????
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract. ????????????
- Gradually mix in the flour mixture alternately with the buttermilk.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. ????????
- Cool cake in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. ????????
