Indulge in the nutty goodness of this Almond Cheesecake!
Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 16 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup chopped almonds
• 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Directions:
. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture onto the bottom of the prepared pan.
. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and chopped almonds.
. Pour the mixture over the crust. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is almost set. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
. Run a knife around the edges to loosen the cheesecake from the pan. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
