Oreo Double Cheesecake

Ingredients:

• 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 4 packages (32 oz) cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup Oreo cookie crumbs

Directions:

. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix the crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in sour cream until smooth.
. Gently fold in the Oreo cookie crumbs, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
. Pour the batter over the prepared crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
. Once chilled, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and garnish with additional Oreo crumbs if desired.
