Ingredients:
• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 3 cups cream cheese
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 cups canned peaches, drained and puréed
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan to create the crust.
. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
